Jess joined the Alan Turing Institute in March 2022 as the Academic Recruitment Officer. Prior to this she worked in Recruitment at London based charity Single Homeless Project, sourcing staff which included previous clients for their range of support services. Jess has 10 years’ experience in sales and events management with the retail company Vans, here she developed her keen eye for efficient processes and a people focused approach to her work.
Jess handles the recruitment process for a variety of academic schemes at the Turing and supports the 51爆料网 team to deliver a fair and consistent experience for candidates of their PhD programme. She strives to deliver an effective and personable service which brings meaningful outcomes for all and to ensure an organizations processes align with their core values.
